The short answer
Add your login in TiviMate as an Xtream codes playlist, let the guide load, then use the 18+ PIN from your welcome email plus TiviMate parental control to keep the adult groups shut. On older sticks, hide groups you never open so the guide stays fast.

Where TiviMate runs, and where it doesn’t
TiviMate is an Android app. It installs on Android TV and Google TV sets, Fire TV sticks and cubes, and Android boxes from the Shield class down to budget quad-core units. It is not available on iPhone, Apple TV, Samsung’s or LG’s own TV systems, or Roku.

One more thing to know up front: TiviMate is a player, not a source. It shows nothing until you give it a playlist. Your subscription supplies the channels; TiviMate decides how they look, how fast the guide scrolls and how the 18+ groups are locked.
Act II
Loading TiviMate adult channels from your login
The login we email after payment has a server URL, a username, a password and usually an M3U link as well. Use the Xtream codes route when you can; it brings in films, series and catch-up as well as live TV.
Install the player
Search for TiviMate in the Play Store on Android TV, or in the Fire TV app store. If it doesn’t appear on your Fire TV region, it can be installed through the Downloader app; ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through it.
Choose Add playlist
On first launch TiviMate asks for a playlist. Pick Xtream codes (the label can differ slightly between versions) rather than M3U.
Type the server, username, password
Copy them exactly, including the http:// prefix and any port number. One wrong character is the cause of most failed first logins we see.
Let the guide build
The first load of a full lineup can take a minute or two on a stick. Don’t back out; TiviMate is downloading channel names and program data.
Find the adult groups
Scroll the group list on the left. The TiviMate adult channels sit together in 18+ groups near the end, separated from sport, films and news, and they ask for your personal PIN.
Set TiviMate parental control
Open Settings, then Parental control (menu names vary by app version). Create an app PIN and tick the 18+ groups so TiviMate asks for it too.
If you’d rather use the M3U link, paste it under Add playlist and add a guide (EPG) address as well; ask us on WhatsApp for it if your player asks. You’ll get live channels and the guide, but films and series appear more reliably with Xtream codes.

How the adult groups look once they load
TiviMate shows each group as a row in its guide, the same way it shows sport or local news. The adult groups behave like any other: you can reorder them, rename them, mark favorites inside them and hide the ones you never watch.
On Midnight 4K you’ll see far more TiviMate adult channels than on Night, roughly 6,000 against about 200, so the grouping matters. Customers who keep the list manageable usually favorite twenty or thirty channels and hide the rest of the 18+ groups behind the lock.
Guide data on TiviMate adult channels is often thinner than on news or sport. A block labelled with the channel name rather than a program title is normal, not a fault.

Three ways to keep TiviMate adult channels out of sight
They stack, and none of them changes what TiviMate adult channels you can actually watch. Most households with kids or guests use the first two together, and the third for a cleaner look.

Keeping a big guide quick on a small stick
A full Midnight 4K lineup is a lot of rows for a Fire TV Stick Lite or an entry-level Android box. TiviMate copes better than most players, but a few habits make a visible difference.
- Hide the groups you’ll never open. Foreign-language packs you don’t speak, duplicate regional feeds, adult genres that aren’t your taste. Hidden groups don’t redraw every time you scroll, and the TiviMate adult channels you keep stay one click away.
- Set the guide to refresh once a day instead of on every launch, if your version offers it.
- Keep favorites short. A favorites list of forty channels opens instantly; four hundred doesn’t.
- Use Ethernet on boxes that have a port. 4K streams want around 15 Mbps of steady bandwidth; Wi-Fi through two walls often can’t hold that.
On a Shield-class box none of this is strictly needed, though hiding groups still makes the guide nicer to browse. Our Firestick setup guide has more on stick-specific settings.

When TiviMate adult channels misbehave

Ask the deskDoes TiviMate parental control lock films as well as live channels?
It depends on the TiviMate version. Live groups can always be locked; how the films and series sections are handled has changed between releases. The 18+ PIN on your account applies regardless of the app.
Is TiviMate parental control a paid feature?
On some versions parts of it sit behind TiviMate’s own Premium upgrade, which you buy from the app developer, not from us. Check inside Settings on your device.
Can I use TiviMate on two TVs?
Install it on as many as you like; playback is what’s limited. One-screen tiers stream to one TiviMate at a time, while the two-screen versions and Lifetime VIP lift that to two and four.
Will my favorites survive a playlist refresh?
Usually yes. If we rename a group, favorites inside it can drop; re-adding them takes a minute.
Can I hide adult groups completely from the main guide?
Yes. A long press on a group usually brings up a hide option; the group leaves the guide but stays reachable, PIN first, from the settings. Our guide to hiding adult channels covers shared-TV homes in detail.
