The short answer
Your IPTV adult password is the PIN in your welcome email; enter it when the player asks, then change it. For a shared TV, also switch on the player’s own parental control so the adult groups are hidden, not just locked.

Our PIN and your app’s lock are different things
Most confusion about the IPTV adult password comes from mixing up two separate locks. The first is our PIN: it’s tied to your subscription, it’s in your welcome email, and it guards the 18+ groups whichever app you use. The second is your player’s parental control: a password you set inside TiviMate, IPTV Smarters or another app, which can lock or hide any group you choose.
They don’t replace each other. The IPTV adult password from us keeps the adult content shut by default. The app lock lets you make the adult groups disappear from the list altogether, which is what you want on a TV the whole family uses. Everything here assumes you’re 18 or older.

Menu names change between app versions and platforms, so treat these as where to look rather than exact labels. If something doesn’t match your screen, send us a photo on WhatsApp.

Act III
Change your IPTV adult password on day one
The IPTV adult password in your email works, but it’s been written down once already. Swap it for one only you know before anyone else uses the TV.
Open an 18+ group
Find the 18+ categories in Live TV or in Movies and pick one; that’s when the player stops and asks for the code.
Enter the PIN from your welcome email
That code is your IPTV adult password; it arrives in the same email as the Xtream codes and the M3U link.
Find the PIN or password option
Usually under the app’s Settings, then Parental control. Some apps show a change option right on the PIN screen.
Set a new PIN
Avoid birthdays, 1234 and anything printed on the TV or router. Write it somewhere private, not on the remote.
Test it
Close the app fully, reopen it and open an adult group. It should ask for the new PIN.
Repeat on each device
App locks live on each device separately; a second stick upstairs needs the same treatment as the main TV.

Resetting the iptv adult pin if you forget it
If it’s the IPTV adult password from us you’ve lost, a WhatsApp message or an email to [email protected] from your order address is all it takes. We reset it and send a new one. Then change it yourself, as above.
If it’s the player’s own password, we can’t reset that from our side, because it lives only on your device. The usual fix is to clear the app’s data or reinstall it, then add your login again from the welcome email. Your subscription and our PIN aren’t affected.
One practical habit: keep the welcome email in a private folder. It holds your login, M3U link and original IPTV adult password, and it’s what you’ll need after any reinstall.

Places the lock doesn’t reach
A PIN guards playback. It doesn’t clean up the traces a TV or app leaves elsewhere. Check these once on any shared screen.
Recently watched rows
Many players keep a history row on their home screen. Clear it and turn history off where the app allows it.
TV home-screen suggestions
Google TV and Fire TV sometimes pin ‘continue watching’ cards to their home rows. The switch for that lives in the TV menus, not the player.
Favorites lists
A favorite adult channel can appear in a shared favorites group. Keep adult favorites in a separate, locked group.
Search suggestions
Some apps remember past searches. Clear the search history after use.

With us, it’s the personal PIN in your welcome email. Other providers use their own; there’s no universal adult channel password for IPTV.
Can I turn the PIN off?
The IPTV adult password stays on, because the 18+ groups are locked by design. Once opened, many apps keep them open until you exit, which is as close to off as we’d recommend.
Does the PIN work with an M3U link in VLC?
VLC has no lock screen of its own. If you’ll use VLC on a shared computer, ask us first and we’ll suggest a player that supports locks.
Can each family member have a different PIN?
Our PIN is one per subscription. App locks are per device, so each screen can have its own app password.
Will changing the PIN log me out?
No. Username, password and server are untouched; just the IPTV adult password is new.
